GASTRONOMIC TOUR (HD)
Discover the secrets of the peruvian cuisine. Our culinary adventure begins in a typical “Peruvian Market” where you will find a wide variety of Peruvian products and enjoy unique fruits like “chirimoya”, “lucuma”,”aguaymanto” and “pacae”. We will also visit the exclusive restaurant “La Rosa Nautica”, where you will learn to prepare the famous “Pisco Sour”, by and expert barman, and the delicious “Ceviche” prepared by the cheff of the restaurant. Then you will taste a delicious lunch featuring the most representative dishes of the Peruvian cuisine.

An early morning transfer to Lima’s airport to board your flight to Cusco.
Upon your arrival at the airport you will be transferred to your hotel. The remaining of the morning is free to relax and slowly acclimatize.

PISAC MARKET & OLLANTAYTAMBO FORTRESS ( FD )
This morning you will drive to the Pisaq market in the Sacred Valley. Originally, it is a place where people from remote communities used to barter their products; Pisaq has evolved to one of South America’s most famous souvenir markets. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit to Ollantaytambo Fortress where the Temple of the Sun (formed of six gigantic monoliths, whose total weight exceed 50 tons) and the Terrace of the Ten Niches stood out.

At morning you will start with the daylight pick up at your hotel at 06:00 am, drive to Lares hot spring, on route you will stop in Calca town, the last chance to shop some basic equipment and snack, as well a good place to have hot drink. Following the trip to Lares town where you will have time to swim, have free time and lunch.
After have a nap, you will climb a narrow trail that crossed the small hut and farmers houses by 4 hours, there are school children smile to the trekkers, let´s remember children do not have all the school tool, therefore part of the trek is bring some help for them, (pencil, pen, eraser, notebook, etc).
Before the sunset you will sit down the tents on ground Huacawasi Village (3800 MASL).

You wake up in a beautiful landscape at the foot of the snowy mountains.
This day will make a stop in a family, to share stories and learn from their way of life. Later will amount to the Uchuyccasa hill, along the way you will see a fantastic landscape of the Sacred Valley, the Valley of Lares and colorful lagoons announcing the arrival in the Andes. You will descend to base camp on the road will make a lunch stop. Finally it will be installed in Marcacocha camp (3400 m).

After breakfast we will walk for about three hours to reach the community Pumamarka where you will appreciate Inca terraces that today are still used. Later you will arrived to Ollantaytambo located in a fertile valley and protected by huge mountains. This is a perfect place to appreciate most archaeological remains and a variety of flowers and birds.
After lunch you will be transferred to the Ollantaytambo station where you board the train to the village of Machu Picchu (Aguas Calientes).

Early morning after breakfast will be taken by bus to the summit the mountain where Machu Picchu is located. This citadel is considered one of the most extraordinary examples of landscape architecture in the world, using ingenious techniques. The Incas were able to transport heavy stone blocks and carve and polish with surprising neatness. Having enjoyed this tour, we will take the bus back to Aguas Calientes to take some time off and get to know more of the population before returning to Cusco. Lunch will be served at a tourist restaurant.
At the appointed time back to the train station to return to Cusco.

Travel by bus from Cusco to Puno. During the way the bus will make some stops at important points like: Andahuaylillas, a church considered as the “Sistine Chapel of the Americas” because of the quality of the artworks found inside it. Raqchi, to visit the “Wiracocha temple” that according to the old chroniclers was built by the Inca Wiracocha in honour to the Supreme God of the Incas: “Apu Kon Titi Wiracocha”. La Raya, the highest pass on the route (4312 meters/14000 feets). Pukara is an archeological complex formed by a pyramidal structure. This is the first sign of civilized culture in the Peruvian Altiplano. Upon your arrival to Puno, you will be met and be transferred to your hotel.

UROS & TAQUILE ISLANDS (FD)
After breakfast, you will take a two-hour excursion across the Titicaca Lake until the unique floating island of Uros. The ancient habitants of this lake, known as the “Water Tribe”, have built their own “island” by adding periodically new layers of “Totora” a type of a marram-grass very typical from this place. Their houses and boats are made of this material too. After you can experience some of the ancient traditions of the local people, you will continue your boat trip to Taquile Island. You will arrive by the after side of the island to start a hike where you will appreciate the wonderful natural sightseeing; then, ascend through a regular pendant slope to arrive to the town. There you will visit the Handicraft Center where you can buy a great variety of handmade tissues with very colorful and delicate designs. At proper time you will be transferred to Puno. At your arrival transfer to the selected hotel.

SILLUSTANI TOMBS (HD)
On your way to the Juliaca´s airport, you will have a 45 minutes visit to the famous Sillustani Chullpas, these cylinder stones are 12 meters high and were used as burial chambers by the Aymaras to bury the important leaders. After the visit, you will arrive to airport.
Upon your arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel.
