1. PRICES

Hotels, programs, packages (including groups): The prices indicated are per person.

Transfers and excursions: The prices indicated are per person and service.

Cruises / Tickets: The prices indicated are per person.

The prices shown on www.gobeyondtrips.com are subject to variations for the following reasons:

For the fluctuation of the currencies with respect to the change applied in quotes and / or reserves. In this case, the fluctuation of the currency will only affect the price when the variation in the value of the currency exceeds 3%.

Regarding accommodation establishments / airlines. Due to the extraordinary nature of the Fair periods, special events or new particular conditions that may arise.

THE CLIENT will receive an invoice and / or collection document according to the type of service requested, with the prices in force at the time of the confirmation of your reservation.

 

2. THE PRICE INCLUDE:

Hotels and Programs (including groups): All services specified in the quote and / or confirmation of the reservation are included, excluding those services included by the accommodation establishment, but not detailed in the quote and / or reservation. In most hotels the earliest check-in time is after 2:00 p.m. and the check-out deadline is at 12:00 p.m.

Transfers / Excursions: All services specified in the quote and / or confirmation of the reservation are included.

Vehicle Rental: The service includes what is detailed in the rental regulations. A contract will be signed between the final consumer and the car rental company at the time of rental, which will be regulated by the laws of the country in which it is rented.

Insurance: The service includes what is detailed in the Insurance regulations.

Ticket: The service includes everything that must be paid in Lima (Departure Tax from Lima Airport (T.U.U.A), IGV, Security Queue, Tourism Tax, Country Tax).

Cruises: The service includes what is detailed in the Cruise regulations.

THE CLIENT will be responsible for re-confirming the flights. Likewise, they must notify us of any changes in the flights and / or in the flight schedule, in the event that the reserved flights are modified. It will be THE CLIENT’s responsibility that the flights and schedules communicated to GOBEYONDTRIPS are correct and in the case of other required services, these will be organized based on the data provided.

 

3. THE PRICE DOESN’T INCLUDE:

Any service not specified in the confirmation of the quote and / or reservation.

Non-compulsory tax to be paid in Lima.

Regarding Accommodation Services: Extras such as phone calls, insurance, laundry services, mini bar, parking, etc. are not included. Which must be paid directly by the final consumer at the accommodation establishment.

 

4. CHILDREN:

The special conditions for children are agreed with each service provider and do not obey a single criterion, therefore, since each establishment and / or provider may apply reductions or special conditions, we ask that when making your quote and / or reservation consult this point and you will be informed in each case. Regarding Accommodation Services: Discounts or special conditions should always be understood as applicable in the event that children share a room with 2 adults.

 

5. CRADLES:

If you need this service, it must be indicated when making the reservation (limited stock), payment may be required directly by the establishment to the final consumer.

 

6. THIRD PERSON:

Most hotels consider the reservation for a third person as a reservation for an extra bed in a double room, its availability will be reviewed when making the reservation, as it may vary depending on each hotel. The commission of such confirmation will cause its non-disposition, without the right to demand from GO BEYOND TRIPS the provision of such service or an equivalent amount.

 

7. NIGHT FLIGHTS AND ARRIVALS OF EARLY MORNING

According to international standards, hotel rooms are available from   noon on the day of arrival until noon on the day of departure. To make sure your room is available if you arrive early in the morning you would need to have reserved it from noon the day before. Example: if you arrive at dawn on August 2, the reservation should be made on August 1.

 

8. IMPORTANT:

During the course of the year, some accommodation establishments may change their name or trademark, which cannot be interpreted as a hotel change.

In some countries there is a local tax called “Stay Tax” or Tourist Tax that must be paid directly by the final consumer at the establishment.

The categories that reflect the hotels have been provided by the establishments themselves and always obeying the specific regulations that apply in each country, therefore it cannot be similar in performance and quality from a hotel in one country to another hotel in another country even if it has the same category.

The information on hotels provided through GOBEYONDTRIPS.COM is as close as possible to the directions of the establishment itself. GOBEYONDTRIPS is not responsible for the lack of fidelity to the reality of the information provided by its suppliers.

GOBEYONDTRIPS will provide the information that the Hotel provides about the existence and duration of renovation or renovation works in it.

GOBEYONDTRIPS will not accept claims for works of which it was not informed or that extend beyond the reported date of completion of the same.

 

9.- CHANGES ON THE GOBEYONDTRIPS WEBSITE:

GOBEYONDTRIPS can carry out improvements or changes in the information, data, services, and other elements of this website or cancel this website at any time without prior notice. GOBEYONDTRIPS can also modify these General Conditions at any time and such modification will be effective from the moment it is entered on the website. Consequently, the access and subsequent use of this website implies the approval by THE AGENCY of the new General Conditions. GOBEYONDTRIPS may suspend access to the system, due to maintenance, network security reasons or force majeure, without being obliged to reimburse or in any way compensate THE AGENCY for the period during which access has been suspended.

 

10. PAYMENT

These terms are a contract between you and Go Beyond Trips S.A.C. depending on the type of payment method used for the purchase of goods and / or services to be provided by Go Beyond Trips S.A.C. directly.

Once the quote or tour program is accepted you will be sent an email indicating the methods of payment:

Bank transfer:
Banco de Credito del Peru
Account: Soles or Dollars

Credit card payment:
You will be sent via email the payment link of the company Niubiz. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.

Payment in cash

 

11. CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your trip up to 60 days before the arrival date, the total trip will be reimbursed, discounting the administrative expenses that amount to USD 50.00 per person.

 

This policy does not apply to:

(*) Valid only for groups of no more than six (06) people.

(*) Valid for all destinations in Peru.

(*) The Inca Trail to Machu Picchu is not included in this policy.

(*) Cruises in the Amazon are not included in this policy.

(*) The Belmond Andean Explorer train is not included in this policy

(*) The entrance to Huayna Picchu and Machu Picchu mountain are included in this policy.

(*) Valid for cancellations 60 days before arrival.

(*) National or international air tickets are not included in this cancellation policy.

 

For cancellations after this period:

The penalty will be 50% of the tour value for which I accept my credit card debit or other means of payment prior coordination with Go Beyond Trips S.A.C.

 

15 days before your trip to Peru:

The penalty for cancellation by the client 15 days before the trip to Peru will be 100% of the total agreed price.

In the event of situations beyond our control, GO BEYOND TRIPS S.A.C. It will not be responsible for the additional expenses incurred, but it will provide the necessary assistance to solve the problem.
