PALOMINO ISLAND (HD)
An early morning transfer to the Callao port.
Departure to the islands. During the whole tour you will observe open sea, rocky Islands, dung birds and fishermen boats at work.
Arriving to the far point on route, the Palomino Island, a huge sea lion rookery appears, a group comes to us playing, swimming, jumping and diving below the boat. Wearing wetsuits you might jump into the water with life vests and share the ocean with them, swimming with them; sometimes the young ones come up and touch us out of curiosity; the old ones keep a 5 meters distance from you. They live in comfort because there are no predators. Being in the water close to the colony is an amazing moment for everyone who likes nature and wildlife. Heading back, the boat passes amazing rookeries with many bird colonies.

ICA D’ PASO (HD)
In the afternoon transfer to Caravedo winery. Arrive at Caravedo, after a brief introduction; you will go to the stables where you will see our specimens of Peruvian Paso horses. Make a tour on horseback through vineyards and outside Hacienda La Caravedo, across the valley to the desert, you will make some stops to see crops in the area and take photos, then you will enjoy some snacks and drinks. The return you will make a guided tour with wine Pisco. As a farewell one of our Peruvian Paso horses will present a show to the sound of a Marinera.

In the morning you will have an excursion in dune buggies, specially designed and driven by expert pilots, through a desert surrounded by dunes from 3 to 100 meters. There you will decide your route: through a plain part to enjoy a landscape of beautiful dunes or a circuit plenty of adventure and emotion going up and down some dunes.

You will take a light aircraft to flight over the mysterious Nazca Lines which are seen only from the air, the giant geometrical and animal figures were etched on the desert sands by the Nazca people 1,500 years ago and their purpose is still a mystery.
At proper time you will be taken to the bus station.

PISAC MARKET & OLLANTAYTAMBO FORTRESS ( FD )
This morning you will drive to the Pisaq market in the Sacred Valley. Originally a place where people from remote communities used to barter their products, Pisaq has evolved to one of South America’s most famous souvenir markets. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. Afternoon visit to Ollantaytambo Fortress where the Temple of the Sun (formed of six gigantic monoliths, whose total weight exceeds 50 tons) and the Terrace of the Ten Niches stand out.
Transfer to the Ollantaytambo bus station and continue towards Machu Picchu town.

MACHU PICCHU ARCHEOLOGICAL SITE & HUAYNA PICCHU (FD)
A small coach takes you up the steep roads to the entrance of the citadel. Firstly a visit by your own to the Huayna Picchu mountain. Huayna Picchu is the towering mountain behind the actual site of Machu Picchu. From a distance the mountain looks impossible to climb without the necessary tools but even though a strenuous climb with some parts where you will actually will need both hands and feet, the climb is quite possible for all averagely fit visitors.
Then a guided visit which takes around 2 hours through the vast ruins. Machu Picchu is the best known of the Inca ruins, is believed to have been built around the mid-15th century and was “rediscovered” by the American historian Hiram Bingham in 1911. The guided tour of this fascinating place is an awesome experience. Visit the Main Square, the Royal Quarters, and the Temple of the Three Windows, the Circular Towers, the Sacred Sun Dial and burial.
Lunch will be served at a local restaurant.
At the appointed time, you will return to the station to take your train ride to Ollantaytambo train station

VIA FERRATA & ZIP-LINE
This is an excellent one day trip for all adventure and adrenaline enthusiasts. The trip takes place in the Sacred Valley near the town of Ollantaytambo, with fantastic views over the Sacred Valley and the Urubamba River.
The Via Ferrata is a type of steel ladder and cable system to climb up the 300 meter cliff face. To descend you have the option of a rappel or by means of 6 interconnected Zip Lines. The two activities can be experienced separately or as a combination for a full day adventure.
Pick up from the hostel is usually around 8 am and you will head to the Sacred Valley. The drive is approximately 1 hour 30. From here your guide will give you the necessary equipment that you will require for the activities, as well as a safety talk before beginning. The Via Ferrata will be a 300 meter climb up a steel ladder as well there will be places in which you will need to cross the wall horizontally along cables. You will have a harness and double-carabineer system for maximum security. If you are doing the Via Ferrata on its own (tour lasts about 4 hours).
The Zip Line is a system of 6 connected cables ranging from 100 to 500 meters in length for a total of 2000 meters. The Zip Line tour lasts about 4 hours depending on group size. If you are doing the Zip Line on its own you will begin the tour by walking 30-40 minutes to the first zip line. At the end of the tour you will return to Loki with a private transport.
