Drive to Paracas by regular bus (equipped with A/C, reclining seats and toilet/washroom).

Upon arrival at the Paracas’ bus station, you will be taken to your hotel.

BUGGY AT THE DESERT (HD)

This is a short trip that takes you to the California desert located some kilometers away from the Paracas Reserve. We travel across the desert on a dune buggy machine which is an ideal mean of transportation for sandy terrains. During the journey you will able to take many photos and also enjoy amazing desert sceneries. At the sand boarding zone we provide our clients with boards and also give safety instructions. You do not need to be a professional for ridding the dunes. There are various small dunes where you can learn easily. You can ride the dunes sitting on your board, lying on it or standing on your feet as the professionals. If you are a professional sand boarder or got skills on boards then we take to higher dunes. Return to hotel.

BALLESTAS ISLANDS (HD)

Departing from Chaco pier, this 2 hour boat ride will lead you to the Ballestas Islands located near Pisco city, in front of the Paracas National Park, it is largest coastal wildlife sanctuary of Peru. These beautiful islands are home of thousands of migratory birds, including: pelicans, tendrils, gulls among others, which share their habitat with huge groups of sea lions and fur seals. During the excursion you will also see the mysterious designing over the hill, called “El Candelabro” (The Chandelier).

Transfer to the bus station. 

Drive to Nasca by regular bus (equipped with A/C, reclining seats and toilet/washroom).

Upon your arrival, you will be taken to your hotel.

OVERFLIGHT NAZCA LINES (HD)

You will take a light aircraft to flight over the Mysterious Nazca Lines which are seen only from the air, the giant geometrical and animal figures were etched on the desert sands by the Nazca people 1,500 years ago and their purpose is still a mystery.

At proper time you will be taken to the bus station. 

Drive to Arequipa by regular bus (equipped with A/C, reclining seats and toilet/washroom).

Upon arrival at the Arequipa’s bus station, you will be taken to your hotel.

Departure to Colca Valley located over 3,500 meters above the sea. On the way you will cross the Aguada Blanca and Salinas National Reserve, with the highest presence of Andean flora and fauna. The trip continues to Tojra wetlands. Later you will cross Patapampa which is a land located over 4,800 meters above the sea where you will find the “Mirador de los Andes”, a strategic point to see the cordillera Chila with great volcanoes: Mismi, Chucura, Huaracante, and far away the Ubinas, Misti, Chachani, Ampato, Sabancaya and Hualca Hualca. To continue you will arrive at Chivay town and you will be transferred to the selected accommodation.

After breakfast, you will start the journey through the main towns of the valley until the first stop at Yanque, where you will appreciate the typical dances exposed in the main square. You can also choose for a short walk (45 min.) along a path at the edge of the canyon.

Then you will departure to “La Cruz del Condor”, the best spot to observe the deepness of the canyon (3,400 meters deep, 124 miles length) and also see the majestic fly of the condor. There is not an exactly time to see them, it can be at any time; sometimes it depends of your good luck and patience. On the way back you will visit some interesting places such as: Pre -Inca’s hanging tombs, lookout of terraces, Pinchollo and Maca towns where you will have a short stop to take pictures of the landscapes. Then you will continue to the towns: Achoma and Yanque . You will arrive at 12:30 to Chivay for lunch; at appropriate time (approximately 13:30) you will continue on regular bus towards Puno. At your arrival you’ll be transferred to your hotel.

UROS, TAQUILE & LUQUINA OVERNIGHT:

Pick up from the hotels and transfer to the port of Puno, visit on the way, the traditional floating islands of the Uros, then we continue to Taquile, Spend 2.5 hours on this natural island where we can observe a community that has preserved its cultural heritage (interpretation of woven images, natural landscapes), visit and enjoy panoramic views of the large lake, and return along the islands by the traditional route.

At noon, leave from the Taquile port to go to the Chucuito Peninsula, in Luquina Chico, buffet lunch made of local products in “La Casa del Pescador” (the fisherman’s home), reception and accommodations in the homes of Aymara families.  Later walk along the shores of Lake Titicaca to observe the local flora and fauna. As the day ends, we watch the sunset from a local lookout point.

We eat dinner with the host family and, in the evening, participate in cultural exchange and a small meeting.

Alternative activities in Luquina: go on a walk or take a sailboat from the locals (pay directly to natives)

INKA EXPRESS BUS RIDE FROM PUNO TO CUSCO WITH VISITS ON ROUTE:

Departure for an ten hours trip towards Cusco, the Inka Express bus will stop in some interesting places such as the town of Pucará, Raqchy Temple, Andahuylillas and some old Inca constructions. You will contemplate marvelous landscapes and typical animals like the “llama”, “alpaca” that will make of your journey an unforgettable one.

Upon your arrival at Cusco you will be transferred to your hotel.

CUSCO TOURIST TICKET (BTC) / All – Around

MARAS & MORAY ( HD )

You will start your excursion visiting Maras, located in the province of Urubamba, 46 kilometers West of the city of Cusco. Salt deposits are located Northwest this town. There, you will find the most important salt mines of the region, operated from the Incan times and the viceregal period. Then, you will visit the circular andenes in Moray, created by the Andean man with the looks of an amphitheater.

MACHU PICCHU ARCHEOLOGICAL SITE (FD)

Early in the morning you will take the train to Aguas Calientes. On arrival a small coach takes you up the steep roads to the entrance of the citadel. Your guide will take about 2 hours through the vast ruins. Machu Picchu is the best known of the Inca ruins, is believed to have been built around the mid-15th century and was “rediscovered” by the American historian Hiram Bingham in 1911. The guided tour of this fascinating place is an awesome experience. Visit the Main Square, the Royal Quarters, and the Temple of the Three Windows, the Circular Towers, the Sacred Sun Dial and burial. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant.

At the appointed time, you will return to the station to take your train ride to train.
