The climate of Argentina is very diverse due to its large surface area, the climates of Argentina are:
Warm: It occurs in the north and northeast of the country. In this region, two varieties are distinguished; the subtropical climate without dry season (Buenos Aires, Misiones, and Corriente) where the average temperatures range between 27ºC in January, the hottest month, and 14ºC in July, the coldest month and with the dry season (Tucumán and Santa Fé).
Mild: The annual average temperature is around 15 °C in destinations such as Rosario, Río Cuarto or Bahía Blanca.
Arid: The arid climate is present in cities such as San Juan, Mendoza, or Villa Mercedes. In summer, maximum temperatures can exceed 35ºC, while in winters they can drop to several degrees below zero. Despite being areas that stand out for the abundant hours of sunshine they receive, nights can be very cold.
Cold: The cold humid climate is found in the Patagonian Andes while the windy arid climate in Patagonia is characterized by extremely low temperatures, almost no rainfall during the year, and a very cold climate.
